The Strongest Baby Ever is the title of a 25-second FitFix short. You can watch the original below, but a viral title and a pull-up caption do not establish a developmental milestone or a training plan for your baby.
This companion gives you the source, two checks for reading its claims and a separate link to supervised tummy-time guidance. There is no need to compare your child’s development with a brief social-media upload.
Watch The Strongest Baby Ever
Watch the original short on YouTube by FitFix. Its source title is “The Strongest Baby Ever,” with baby, wholesome and shorts hashtags. The original caption on this site described parents training a baby to do pull-ups; that description is not adopted here as a recommendation.
1. Read the strongest baby title as the upload’s framing
The title is not an independently verified strength record. This page does not establish the child’s age, a measured performance or a complete training history from the short.
A brief upload can invite a strong reaction while providing little context. You can enjoy or question it without using it as a standard your own child should meet.
2. Keep video claims separate from a plan for your baby
This companion does not provide pull-up instructions or recommend copying the activity. If you have questions about movement, handling or your baby’s development, discuss them with your pediatrician rather than infer a program from a social-media clip.
For everyday play guidance, NICHD’s Safe to Sleep tummy-time resource describes placing a baby on their stomach while awake and watched by a caregiver. It explains that supervised tummy time supports neck, shoulder and arm muscles and motor skills. That guidance is separate from this video’s pull-up framing.
Strongest baby video questions
Who uploaded this video?
The linked source identifies FitFix as the channel. Use the original link for the creator’s presentation.
Does this establish a world record?
No independently verified record is established here. “The Strongest Baby Ever” is the video’s title.
Where can I find practical newborn reading?
Explore our newborn daily routine guide or newborn sleep guide. These are separate resources, not evidence for the short’s claims.

At the end toes were almost dust
awwww
lol that is so basic. my 2 year old son can lift a double bed made out of bamboo and can put a four piled chair on the floor.
In most countries these parents would be jailed and the baby taken into protective custody as they are destroying its body
He is going to have weirdly long arms
Stupid parents decided to destroy joints and ligaments before it gets stronger
😂😂😂😂
He almost dropped that weight on his feet but who cares
Send to dagestan for 2-3 yrs and forgot 😂
"I was a bodybuilder since birth" ahh baby😂😂
Wether he will be the strongest or not comes down to genetics so its too soon to tell.
I was hoping to come here and like some karens comment?
Do i have to be the karen comment?? Fine.. this seems like it could cause tendon or joint issues in the long run if ther not really careful
This baby will become short
viltimite training
Been doing pullups since hes been in one.
asian
He's gonna hate the gym when he's older almost every person I've seen that their parents made them do something (religion, sports, music, etc) they later go on to despise those things completely not saying it's the case for everybody but def a good majority
Wow
awwwww a mini body builder❤😊❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤
Lifting weights at that young of age may stunt his growth so even if he is very strong he may be short.
Normal asian parents 😅
bro is literally mashle
😂😂😂
We dont need another daily dose of internet guy just saying
Why?
Ahh yes Asian
Mash irl
That’s actually so dangerous for the baby, his articulations are still in development, an wrong move and he’s paralyzed
As long as you dont make it lift in this age.
Things you should train your child to do at a young age:
– Hanging
– Pushing and pulling
– Catching
– Throwing
The younger you are, the better you can learn something, being able to master the above could be really useful when learning any skills later in life
❤
At the end the kettlebell fell on his feet that’s why he made that shocking suprized face
I 7 year Old but How
